More than 800 Albuquerque law enforcement professionals proudly support Nella Domenici for U.S. Senate
Albuquerque, NM – The Albuquerque Police Officers Association (APOA), representing more than 800 police officers from the Albuquerque Police Department and the Aviation Police, has endorsed Nella Domenici over her opponent, an incumbent senator with a record of complete failure. Heinrich has made New Mexico’s crime problem a crisis with his misplaced priorities, including following Biden’s and Harris' open border policies enabling dangerous criminals, cartels, terrorists, and a massive flow of deadly fentanyl throughout New Mexico and the United States.
Instead, Domenici pledges to support the men and women who put their lives on the line every day to keep our communities safe.
Our endorsement is based on your continued support for law enforcement and public safety as a whole,” the APOA said in their endorsement of Domenici. “Your ability to understand the needs of public safety at the local level makes us believe that you are the best candidate. You bring a commonsense approach toward making decisions that will be fair, competent, and based on the principles of what is right.”
“Our police officers do such a hard job and are on the frontline of our crime crisis in New Mexico,” says Nella Domenici. “I am thankful that they willingly take to the streets every single day to protect our families. I am equally appreciative of the APOA’s support and their endorsement of our movement to bring common sense and true bipartisanship back to our state’s federal delegation. New Mexicans are tired of out-of-control crime everywhere you go in our state.”
“We believe you will continue to be a friend to law enforcement in our effort to make our community a safe and enjoyable place in which to live,” concluded the APOA’s endorsement letter.
The endorsement from Albuquerque law enforcement comes days after sheriffs from around the state slammed Heinrich’s record on border security and pledged their support to make Nella Domenici the next U.S. Senator from New Mexico.
“I look forward to partnering with law enforcement to make New Mexico a place where people can raise a family, and where criminals no longer feel welcome,” said Domenici.
